Rosalia Nolan
Rosalia Nolan is a leadership advisor. Offering over 35 years of board experience and a background in accounting, finance, and operations, she works with boards and key executives to effectively accomplish goals. By applying an approach that integrates organizational culture, business environment, and performance incentives, Rosalia helps organizations realize desired strategic outcomes and benefit from profitable investment decisions, knowledge sharing, and leadership development. She has led and managed domestic and global strategic initiatives as well as operations in the financial services and energy sectors. She has also served as officer and/or director on numerous corporate and not- for-profit boards.
Rosalia draws on 35 years of global experience as a leader in business and Board service. Through a focus on key business drivers, her goal is to contribute to organizations in a way that has far reaching benefits for individuals, markets, and society.
Since 2011, Rosalia advises and guides Boards, executives, and their teams in growing their organizations through strategic investments in leadership and financial capabilities. She provides organizations with a financial lens on strategy, developing practical frameworks to help leaders implement change through deeper knowledge of performance, improved decision-making, enhanced knowledge sharing, and the development of future leaders.
Richard Ludwick, JD, DEd
Richard L. Ludwick became the 9th president of the University of St. Thomas on July 1, 2017. He previously served as president of the Independent Colleges of Indiana, the nation’s oldest association of 31 private, nonprofit colleges and universities enrolling more than 100,000 students. In that capacity, he led strategic initiatives in public policy at the state and federal levels, spurred innovative, intercollegiate collaborations, and successfully executed multi-million dollar philanthropic campaigns.
Richard served as provost at St. Gregory’s University in Oklahoma before joining ICI. Early in his career, Richard co-founded a law firm in Indiana and later went on to serve institutions of higher learning across the United States, including positions as vice president of enrollment management and student affairs at Albany Law School (Albany, NY); assistant dean for student and academic affairs at the University of Florida’s Fredric G. Levin College of Law (Gainesville); and dean of students at the University of Oregon School of Law (Eugene).
In addition to his Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of Evansville, Richard holds a Master of Arts in higher education administration from Teachers College of Columbia University (New York), Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney Law School, and Doctor of Education in policy management and organization of higher education administration from the University of Oregon (Eugene).
Currently, Richard serves as chair of Independent Colleges and Universities of Texas (ICUT), and as a member of the Texas Medical Center Advisory Board.
Richard and his wife, Melynda, a pharmacist, have two grown children, Richard III and Christianne, and four grandchildren, Gabriel, Pia, Benedict and Nina.
Remi Webber, PhD
A Rice University graduate and a former Rice University volleyball player, Remi has a Masters in Marriage and Family Psychotherapy and a doctorate degree in Psychology. She is a published poet, professional singer, and a classical pianist. She lives in Houston, Texas with her husband of 19 years, Matt, and their 10 children.
Remi is a longtime parishioner of St. Thomas More Church where she also developed a parent formation seminar course. Remi speaks professionally at various venues in Houston. Her mission is to equip individuals with the tools they need in order to have and maintain healthy relationships, and help them grow in virtue.
In her spare time (like she has any!) she can be found reading, spending quality time with family and friends, developing her family choir, and cheering on her children at their various sporting or musical events. She is currently in the process of brainstorming a book about parenting in today’s culture.
